Our water was hot and the shower had good pressure. There was a comfortable bed and a fridge. We were in a junior suite (302), with a wrought iron and glass door opening onto a big roof deck shared with another room (301). Here, there’s a hidden patio with a fountain where a couple relaxes with a drink, follow the music to find a library where a woman is playing the piano. The mix of staff (all great), guests, club members and I think even some residents creates a really nice social dynamic. There’s a museum like quality to the grounds, and respectful guests have freedom to poke around, open unmarked doors, turn corners to reveal quirky and beautiful settings, etc.
I value the things this place offers, and couldn’t be more pleased with our stay.
